functional wares (dishware) are dishwasher safe, though handwashing is recommended to extend the longevity of your piece! even manufactured ceramics chip in the dishwasher :'( functional wares are also microwave safe.

all handmade ceramics sales are considered final at this time. due to the handmade nature of each product, there may be some variabilities and imperfections when compared to mass produced ceramics. if the function of the piece is not compromised, no refunds will be issued. returns are not accepted.

if items are damaged in shipping, please take 2-3 photos and send them to thebloopbean@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order and I'll work with you to come to a solution, which may be refunding you the cost of the piece (minus shipping) or sending a replacement (though it may not be exactly like the original and will take approximately 4-6 weeks to make and ship).
